Delivery Policy

Delivery within UK:

Items are sent out within 1-2 business day upon receipt of payment.Please ensure the final destination shipping address is correct.Item(s) will be shipped to your shipping address provided at the checkout and should match with PayPal. Other address is unacceptable.

Please update your shipping address in PayPal before purchase during the checkout.

The Total amount of Delivery Time = Handling Time + Delivery Time + General Public Holidays.

Every item is properly checked before being dispatched. We use high quality bubble wraps and packaging to ensure good protection for all our items.

International delivery

The delivery estimate on the product page does not necessarily apply for international deliveries. International shipping is calculated in the checkout and is free to most countries. The delivery timescale is shown on the final page of the checkout. This is generally between 2 - 10 working days. Orders outside of the EU may have a delivery charge which is calculated in the checkout process after you select your country.

Postage method

All orders qualify for free Express Delivery, which is usually Royal Mail Track 24. This means your item will be delivered the day after dispatch.

Optionally, you can choose to have your ordered delivered before 9 am the following working day for an additional charge of £10.00

For deliveries to address in EU Member States other than UK (where delivery service is provided by Maxkart), Maxkart will make a charge to you for its delivery services.

Missed deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a re-delivery at more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our 'Express' delivery method require a signature.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then Maxkart will inform you immediately by email as soon as Maxkart receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, Maxkart reserves the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

Late deliveries or despatch

Although MaxKart is able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, if this occurs, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, Watch Shop Ltd and Watch Shop Logistics Ltd will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Consequential loss for late deliveries

If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then Maxkart will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, Maxkart do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.

Delivery to business addresses

Maxkart allows delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf as Royal Mail deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person. * Please see delivery policy
